A Steel City fixture from 1920 to 1965, underrated Hall of Famer Pie Traynor (d.1972) excelled in his capacities as a player, manager and announcer. This single-signed baseball is a welcome and fleeting addition to any Cooperstown-themed collection! The 1960-1961 MacGregor Southern Association Hal Totten baseball presents in (NM) condition with deference to two spots of tape residue, one of which lines the sweet spot but does not seriously affect the signature. The blue ballpoint pen autograph placed there maintains ("8-9") strength and clarity. Note: For the sake of absolute accuracy, the word "Alumni" has been written on the reverse sweet spot to the right of the stampings over a tape residue portion. Full photo LOA from JSA.
